Hesperia Mi. Daniel’s Restaurant. Open everyday for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner

     Daniel’s Restaurant has many selections available at any meal for older adults with a SENIOR DINE card. To get a SENIOR DINE card you must register with AgeWell Services. Pick up a packet at Daniels, OCCOA or the Pentwater Friendship Center or Tanglewood Park in Muskegon. Fill out the form to register and send in a donation and we will send you your SENIOR DINE CARD. It will have Meal Credits on it. Each time you enjoy a meal, a credit will be deducted. You can get your card reloaded by sending in a form and check for more credits.

Suggested Donation is $3.00 per meal. Any tips are additional at the restaurant.

This program targets seniors in Oceana County especially those with nutritional, social needs or of lower incomes. 

 

           MERCY HEALTHCARE Sherman Campus. Open everyday for Lunch or Dinner.

     Mercy Hospitals Cafeteria has many selections available at any meal for older adults with a SENIOR DINE card. To get a SENIOR DINE Card, stop in at Tanglewood Park to register.   You can fill out the forms, make a donation and get credits for meals. They will issue you a SENIOR DINE Card with your meal credits. Each time you enjoy a meal, a credit is deducted. You can get your card reloaded by sending in a form or stopping in at Tanglewood Park with your donation. Your credits appear on your card within 24 hours.

 Suggested donation $3.50 per meal.

           The CAFÉ @ TANGLEWOOD PARK

     Open Monday thru Friday for breakfast 8:00 am to 11:00 am or Tanglewood Tuesday from 4:00 to 6:30 pm.  Many breakfast options and special selections on Tuesdays.  You must have an AgeWell Card.  To get the card, stop at the Wellness Office to register.  You can fill out forms, make a donation (suggested $3 or more) and get a voucher.  Take the voucher to the cafe and they will get you a card.  Your card can be reloaded.

 

 

           Oceana County Council on Aging – Hart, MI Open for Lunch Mon-Fri

     OCCOA cooks meals on site within their senior center for a fee of $4 per meal. You have 3 options:
1) pay $4 per meal

2) get a punch card for $17.50 for 5 meals

3) register in the program to qualify for a discount voucher card with a suggested donation from $1.50 to $2.50 based on recommendations from your income levels. You can do this at the Council on Aging. For a menu, visit their website at www.oceanacountycouncilonaging.org.

 

            Evergreen Commons Senior Center, Holland MI Open for Lunch Mon-Fri

      Evergreen Commons cafeteria offers a full range of meal options with fees. But if you want to register for a discount voucher, you can do so and select from the ‘special of the day’ or the salad bar option. A suggested donation will be requested. 

  

            First United Methodist Church Holland – TUESDAY LUNCH PROGRAM FOR SENIORS

       Visit this location for a donation of $2.50, enjoy their SENIOR LUNCH.
